The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and sole proprietors” (re simplification of registration of persons as taxpayers)

The law stipulates a possibility to submit application on voluntary registration as a VAT tax payer and/or choose a simplified tax payer system by the public register as a supplement to the registration card that is submitted in order to hold state registration of a legal entity or sole proprietor.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2139.
